Mental coaching 😮
Consultation focused on more than just sports. As part of mental coaching, we can focus on the issue of sports performance, concentration and mental attitude of the athlete.
Skills training 🛠
Individual trainings focused on the game activities of the individual. As a part of training, we can focus on any offensive or defensive skill.
Video analysis of the match 🎥
Custom video analysis. You film your own match, prepare specific situations based on the agreement and as part of the consultation we will go through the videos and you will receive specific feedback and advice directly for you.
Who am I?
I am a player in the highest Finnish competition F-liiga in the team EräViikingit, where I have been working for the second year. In my career I played for youth teams Florbal Chodov and FbŠ Bohemians, where I also played my first season in the men’s category. I was also a member of the Czech U17, U19, U23 and adult teams.
I have been coaching youth categories in Czech Republic and Finland for 8 years. I am currently a coach of the Finnish team EräViikingit, T18 category (girls under 18). Furthermore, for 5 years I have been intensively dedicated to skill training, especially shooting training. Aproximately 1000 young floorball players have made the decision to trust my training.
I have been engaged in mental coaching for 5 years. I currently completed my bachelor’s degree at Newton University in the field of Psychology for Managers. I am also continuing my Master’s studies at the same school in the field of Coaching for Managers.
