I am a player in the top Czech competition, the Livesport Superliga, with Florbal Chodov, where I returned after a two-year engagement in Finland’s top league, the F-liiga, playing for EräViikingit.  In my career I played for youth teams Florbal Chodov and FbŠ Bohemians, where I also played my first season in the men’s category.
The next two seasons in Czech Superliga I was active in Mladá Boleslav team. I was also a member of the Czech U17, U19, U23 and adult teams.

I have been coaching youth categories for 9 years, and I also bring two years of experience from Finland, where I focused on the skills development of young players and coached teams in the T18 and T21 categories (girls under 18 and under 21). For the past 6 years, I have been specializing in skills training, with a particular focus on shooting sessions for my clients. Over 1,000 young floorball players, both from the Czech Republic and abroad, have already trained under my guidance.

I have also been working in mental coaching for 6 years. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Coaching for Managers at Newton University, where I already successfully completed my Bachelor’s studies in Managerial Psychology. I mostly devote myself to mental coaching through self development and gaining practical knowledge during my own mental consultations. I educate myself using professional literature, primarily from the authors: Steve de Shazer, Jan Menděl, Leoš Zatloukal and Pavel Vítek. I carry out my practice under the supervision of Dr. Jana Březinová, who is the author of the Skála development method, which is based on the principles of SFBT (Solution focused brief therapy).
